Additional NABL Comments for Interpretive Guidance Update

Additional comments sent to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a follow up to earlier NABL comments sent in 2010 suggesting areas of thew 1994 Interpretive Release that could benefit from clarification and guidance regarding the application of the federal securities laws to municipal finance.
