This 60-minute webinar provides a practical, article-by-article examination of the trust indenture, using NABL’s Form Conduit Indenture (2019, Second Edition) as a guide. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the purpose, structure, and operation of the indenture, from the granting clauses and definition sections through bond authorization, redemption, cash flow administration, events of default, trustee responsibilities, amendments, and discharge provisions.
This program is designed for bond counsel, underwriter counsel, issuer counsel, trustee representatives, borrower counsel, and other municipal finance professionals who work with conduit financings.
