Request for Tax Guidance Priorities
Members can help inform NABL’s future requests for IRS guidance on tax issues.
Each year, NABL responds to the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS’) request for public comment to inform its Priority Guidance Work Plan for the year. Stakeholder comments help the IRS identify and prioritize the tax issues that should be addressed through regulations, revenue rulings, revenue procedures, notices, and other published administrative guidance.
NABL’s Tax Law Committee (TLC) solicits input from the membership throughout the year on which tax issues NABL should request further guidance from the IRS. Your input, provided via the form below, will inform NABL’s next submission to the IRS’ request for its Priority Guidance Work Plan.
