Our mentorship program is exclusive to NABL members and connects new and mid-career associate lawyers with experienced senior lawyers, creating opportunities for learning and networking within the public finance sector.

Since its launch in 2024, this program has been led by our Diversity Committee and has become very popular within our community. As a result, we are transitioning the format from one-on-one mentoring to a mentoring circle in which each mentor will facilitate a group of up to five (5) mentees in mentoring sessions.

This is a zero-cost program. The mentoring circle program will pair mentors and mentees annually, based on shared interests and needs. Participants agree to meet at least three times (e.g., once a month), before The Essentials Conference and The Workshop Conference (e.g., Timeline: early March – October).
