Public Finance Associate
Robinson+Cole seeks an associate with at least two years of experience to join the Public Finance team in the Boston, Hartford, New York City, Philadelphia, Stamford, or Washington DC offices.
This is an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to play a central role in structuring and executing public finance transactions while developing strong client-facing and deal management skills.
This position offers exposure to complex, high-impact transactions involving governmental issuers, institutional investors, nonprofit organizations, and major financial market participants, with a primary focus on the affordable housing, student housing, and workforce housing sectors. The role also entails serving as bond counsel, representing the public finance group in debt issuance and restructuring matters, and other types of bond transactions.
