Attorney
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an attorney with at least five years of transactional experience (public finance preferred) to join the Public Finance group in their Missoula office.
This attorney will have the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and varied Montana practice, including by working on all phases of an assortment of public finance transactions, advising clients on state and local matters, and providing guidance on federal and state tax law issues. A desire to travel throughout the state for public speaking and networking opportunities is important. This attorney will provide critical bond counsel support on governmental and economic development financings and will have the opportunity to take on and develop private activity transactions, including those associated with health care, exempt facilities, housing, and other special purpose transactions. Candidates will be considered for a partner-track associate or income partner role depending on experience.
