Kutak Rock LLP seeks an associate attorney to join its Public Finance practice in its Omaha office.
Ideal candidates will have an interest in developing their knowledge and skills in a wide range of transactional matters involving municipal securities for state and local governments, housing developers, nonprofit organizations and other permitted borrowers. Qualified candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in public finance, real estate, lending, corporate finance or other transactional areas are encouraged to apply.
