Members of both the House of Representatives and Senate adjourned for August recess with a number of pending issues from FY2027 appropriations to reauthorizing surface transportation programs. The House returned to session and has already made progress on a number of their “must-do” items leading up to the midterm elections. Here’s what we’re tracking:
