Public Finance Paralegal
Saul Ewing LLP is seeking a paralegal for its Public Finance Practice Group.
Under the supervision of three or more attorneys, the paralegal will perform a variety of legal duties for the Public Finance Practice Group. Assignments will include both billable and non-billable matters. The work performed requires knowledge of basic legal concepts, principles, terminology and practices, use of legal reference materials, and law office procedures.
Ideal candidates possess the ability to reason logically, analyze situations, be proactive, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, draft documents, and obtain and report information received through research and investigation.
State-approved, accredited paralegal certification and experience working on debt statements, borrowing base certificates, and other filings related to transactions issued under the Pennsylvania Local Government Unit Debt Act (LGUDA) are a plus.
