Paralegal
The Orlando office of Endow Law, P.A. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paralegal to join its legal team.
Endow Law, P.A. is a boutique public sector law firm representing school districts, higher
education institutions, municipalities, community redevelopment agencies, and public
entities across Florida with additional offices in Atlanta and Philadelphia.
This role will assist attorney(s) with various legal matters, including providing clerical and research support
services such as document preparation and review, capturing meeting minutes, and fact
checking information for attorney follow through and execution. Endow Law, P.A. is looking to strengthen its team with qualified team members whose work ethic, communication and initiative align with the firm’s core values.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in legal/paralegal studies and 2+ years’ legal assistant experience (or equivalent). Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Strong legal knowledge, research skills, and understanding of legal procedures
- Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Discreet with confidential information; self-motivated and team-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Clio, Airtable, Litera, NetDocuments
- Experience in government law, public finance, RFPs, and transactional closings
- Willing to travel as needed
