Associate
Kutak Rock LLP seeks an Associate to join the Public Finance practice in the firm’s Columbus, Ohio office.
This dynamic role is ideal for an attorney with one or more years’ experience and an interest in developing their knowledge and skills in public finance transactions involving municipal bond finance, real estate finance transactions, or economic development transaction while working closely with experienced partners.
Qualified Candidates will have experience in public finance, government finance departments, real estate, investment banks and institutional lenders, or other providers of capital in connection with economic development transactions or tax-exempt financings. Candidates must be either currently admitted to practice in Ohio or able to be admitted within the first year of employment.
