Associate
Kutak Rock LLP seeks an Associate to join the Tax group of the Firm’s national Public Finance practice. This full-time position may work out of either Omaha, NE, Spokane, WA, Columbus or Cleveland, OH.
This dynamic role is ideal for an attorney with experience or interest in developing their knowledge and skills in public finance, tax (Section 103), and tax-exempt bonds while working closely with experienced, nationally recognized partners.
Qualified candidates will have one or more years’ experience in the practice of public finance or tax law with an understanding of tax-exempt finance and classifications of entities taxable as corporations. Candidates must either be currently admitted to practice in Washington, Ohio, or Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within the first year of employment. LL.M. in taxation preferred, but not required.
