We seek an attorney to become an integral part of our public finance team whose primary function will be to review, analyze, and edit transactional documents, research statutes and regulations, and handle other aspects of public financing transactions. We seek a candidate with a minimum of three years of transactional experience in public or commercial finance. The preferred candidate is a team-oriented, dedicated professional with the ability to handle several projects with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
