Awards Honoring Leaders
It’s time to recognize the leaders in the public finance industry; submit your nominations for the Bernard P. Friel Medal and the Frederick O. Kiel Distinguished Service Award by June 16, 2023. The Bernard P. Friel Medal honors distinguished service in public finance. Nominees do not need to be NABL members, however, they cannot be current members of the NABL Board of Directors. The Frederick O. Kiel Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual for distinguished years of service to NABL.
Call for Board of Directors Nominations
Do you or someone you know want to join the Board of Directors 2023-24? It’s a great opportunity to give back to the public finance profession and provide strategic direction for NABL. If you do, submit your recommendation to Linda Wyman, Chief Operating Officer. Submissions should include a description of the nominee’s qualifications as well as NABL committee, project, and/or conference panel leadership and participation.
Submissions Deadline
Nominations for the awards and board of directors are due June 16, 2023. The 2023-24 Board members will be elected and the award winners will be honored at our Annual Meeting at The Workshop, October 18, 2023, at the Chicago Hilton, mark your calendar!
