Zoom Instructions: Accessing The Institute Sessions

If you click on a session link and it asks you for a password, this indicates that you are not logged into your Zoom account. The Institute sessions are not password protected. The “institutevirtual2021” password is to only be used to access The Institute: Virtual 2021 online app.  

To successfully access The Institute sessions:

  1. Log into your Zoom account using the email you used to register for the conference and your Zoom account password before you join any session. 
  2. When you click on the session link, a window will pop-up to enter your name and email you used to register for the conference.
  3. After that, you should be able to connect to the session successfully.
