Callender, Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, Cleveland, OH, will take an in-depth look at the ethical issues surrounding bond counsel practice in municipal finance transactions and the application of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct to selected topics. The webinar will have an emphasis on cybersecurity and the risks associated with everyday technology, especially as they relate to the changing workplace settings surrounding the COVD-19 pandemic.
