NABL Submits Comments to SEC Regarding Asset-Backed Securities

On November 19, 2010, the National Association of Bond Lawyers submitted comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in response to SEC Releases 33-9148 and 34-63029 (File No. S7-24-10) and SEC Releases 33-9150 and 34-63091 (File No. S7-26-10) regarding asset-backed securities.
The comments were prepared by an
ad hoc subcommittee of the NABL Securities Law and Disclosure Committee comprised of those individuals listed on Exhibit I of the submission and were approved by the NABL Board of Directors.
