Swaps Book Available for Download to Members

A free benefit to all NABL members,  Interest Rate Swaps for the General Bond Practitioner: Basic Structures, Documentary and State Law Issues is a 153-page publication of NABL’s Municipal Law Group Committee is aimed to provide an extensive overview of interest rate swaps and other derivative transactions in the context of municipal finance.  A free download of the publication is available to NABL members.  Members must be logged in and click through on the license agreement for the free download.  A print version is also available for $39 for members and $75 for non-members through the NABL store.
